The firm combines Nordic and Baltic M&A experience with Luxembourg-based investment management practice, led by Chair of the Board Timo Valla.

Eventus Group runs the full origination-to-completion process on Curantis’ behalf, sourcing and executing proprietary acquisition opportunities.

Origination & Market Coverage
Act as market maker and primary deal originator, maintaining continuous coverage of target sectors and geographies on Curantis’ behalf.
Proprietary Pipeline Development
Build and manage a proprietary pipeline of acquisition targets that meet Curantis’ strategic and financial criteria.
Owner Engagement
Initiate and lead direct dialogue with company owners and shareholders to assess strategic priorities, succession readiness, and transaction appetite.
Deal Structuring
Design tailored transaction structures around each target’s specific circumstances – growth capital, liquidity events, succession, or strategic partnership.
Execution
Convert sourced opportunities into signed transactions through valuation, negotiation, and deal structuring, managing the process end-to-end.
